Skyfish's Term of Service

Commission Policy
1. As the Artist, I retain full rights to the artwork I create and reserve the right to display it on my social media and portfolio.
2. You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own. If you wish to share the artwork, please give proper credit to me or tag my social media account.
3. The client is not permitted to print, sell, or convert the artwork into an NFT (Non-Fungible Token), or include it in any generative AI database without my written permission. Any violation of these terms will result in being blocked and blacklisted.hitam.Payment
1. Payment can be made via BRI, GoPay, Paypal, or Vgen.
2. Payment is made after the sketch has been approved.
3. If there is any issue during the transaction, the commission will be put on hold until the issue has been resolved.Revisions
1. You are allowed up to 2 revisions while the artwork is still in the sketch stage.
2. Once the coloring stage has begun, only one color revision is allowed. Any further revisions beyond color changes will incur an additional fee.
3. If there are major changes that affect the design, an additional fee may be charged depending on the complexity of the changes.Deadline & Delivery
1. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance via DM or the order form. I will do my best to meet the requested deadline. If there is a possibility of a delay, you will be informed beforehand.
2. Simple artworks can be completed within 3–7 days, while more complex artworks may take up to 2–3 weeks. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on the waiting list and the complexity of the artwork.
3. The artwork will be delivered via Google Drive as a compressed file containing all of the final artwork files.Artwork Usage
1. This commission may be used for personal or commercial purposes, depending on the agreement and the agreed price.
2. Commercial use will incur an additional fee of 2× the normal price. Please discuss the intended use of the artwork before placing your order.
